KookaRide ("the app") is a bus timetable app for Mackay, Queensland, Australia. This policy explains how the app handles your information. In short: KookaRide collects no personal data.

Data we collect

• None. KookaRide has no user accounts, no servers of its own, and no analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information.

Location

With your permission, KookaRide uses your device's location to show bus stops near you and to centre the map. This happens entirely on your device. Your location is never recorded, stored, or sent to us or anyone else.

You can deny or revoke location access at any time in iOS Settings. The app still works without it — you can search for any stop and browse timetables.

Timetable data

All schedule data is bundled inside the app and works offline. It comes from:

KookaRide is an independent app and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Translink or the Queensland Government. Times shown are scheduled, not real-time.

Third parties

KookaRide does not share any data with third parties, because it does not collect any.

Children

KookaRide does not collect data from anyone, including children.
